We are looking for a Receptionist / Recruitment Administrator to become the welcoming face of our business and play a vital role in supporting our candidates, temporary workers, clients, and recruitment team.
This is much more than a reception role. You'll help people start new careers, support our recruiters, maintain compliance standards, and ensure every candidate and client receives an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Reception & Front of House

Candidate Registration & Onboarding

Branch Compliance & Administration
The ideal person will:
-
Love working with people and building relationships.

Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Have 2 years previous administration experience.

Have experience working within compliance, recruitment, payroll, or customer service environments (desirable).

Be able to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Communicate confidently with candidates, clients, and colleagues.

Work well as part of a team.

Be proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership.
