Job Summary

Duties

- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop customised tutoring sessions for students requiring additional support in English or other relevant subjects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum enhancements and share best teaching practices.
- Engage with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavioural concerns.
- Incorporate special education strategies where necessary to support diverse learning needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching Business Studies or related subjects at secondary level.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying abilities.
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and special education methods.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support, particularly in English language skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- A recognised teaching qualification or relevant educational credentials are preferred but not mandatory.
