What You’ll Bring to the Team
As our Early Years Room Leader, and working in close collaboration with the Early Years Leader, you’ll help lead the team in delivering exceptional care and learning for our under‑twos. You’ll play a key role in shaping our new provision and creating a classroom that inspires curiosity, independence and joy.
You’ll support children as they grow, explore and discover the world around them, creating a nurturing space where they feel safe, confident and eager to learn. From first friendships to those proud “I did it” moments, you’ll help build the foundations for independence and a lifelong love of learning.
Through observations and assessments, you’ll understand each child’s needs, celebrate their progress and plan meaningful next steps, ensuring every child receives the right support at the right time.
You’ll bring a Level 5 Early Years qualification, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young children thrive.
