Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:15
- Friday: 07:30 – 13:30 (early finish)
About the Role
Echo Personnel are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance licence to join our client, a well-established company specialising in the production of cardboard boxes and packaging solutions.
This is a varied role where you will be primarily involved in general warehouse duties, with some occasional use of a counterbalance forklift to support operations and provide cover when required. This is not solely a forklift driving role.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing finished products
- Operating machinery involved in box production
- Assisting with the manufacturing of cardboard boxes
- Palletising goods ready for dispatch
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Occasional use of a Counterbalance forklift (when required)
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in house or external, with some experience)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Willingness to be hands-on and support across different areas
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
