Lettings Negotiator – Independent Estate Agency – Whitefield
Job Types: Full-time / Part-time
We are a well-established independent estate agency based in Whitefield and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a successful career within property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Progressing tenancies from application through to move-in
- Keeping property listings up to date across portals and social media
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous estate agency, lettings, sales or customer service experience preferred
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Well organised and able to work independently
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
