We are seeking a driven and qualified Protection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will benefit from a consistent stream of high-quality, warm leads. Our dedicated team of mortgage-only advisers generate and pre-book appointments directly into your diary, allowing you to focus entirely on what you do best: advising clients and closing deals.
While this is a remote position, candidates
must live within approximately 2.5 hours of Reading to attend essential quarterly meetings and occasional face-to-face training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive protection reviews with clients via phone or video consultation.
- Advise on a bespoke range of products, including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, and Family Income Benefit.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they fully understand their options and receive excellent service.
- Manage your own diary efficiently to accommodate pre-booked appointments.
- Maintain strict compliance standards in line with industry regulations.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Qualifications: You must hold a relevant industry qualification—either CeMAP 1 or Ro5 (or equivalents) is essential.
- Experience: Proven track record as a successful Protection Adviser or Financial Adviser with strong closing skills.
- Location & Travel: Based within a 2.5-hour radius of Reading and willing to travel for occasional corporate meetings.
- Mindset: A self-motivated, disciplined approach to working remotely, combined with a passion for delivering top-tier client outcomes.
