A new post has become available as a Security Officer to start on one of our sites in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake training on various aspects of the role and are expected to assist where and when required.
All applicants must have a valid SIA Licence (DS/SG/CP) in order to carry out this role as well as ideally holding a clean driving.
Full training will be given for the advertised position.
The hours of work will be determined by the cover required and will be varied and include Days, Nights and Weekends, but you must be flexible and determined to provide the excellent level of service.
You will receive a roster each month, for the whole month in advance and we ask that you commit to work all of the duties you are given, as well as being flexible if there is a need to amend or alter any duties.
The role is Customer facing, interactive and you must have a confident and professional approach and manner to deal with the various aspects to the role which Officers are expected to face each day.
The role would be perfect for someone who is reliable, flexible and someone who is looking to progress and ensure that the high levels of service is continued.
Duties will include but are not limited to:-
* Access and Egress in to the site
* Checking of deliveries on and off site
* Responding to alarms on site
* Fire Alarm testing
* Responding to potential confrontation
* Taking messages accurately and relaying back to management
* Ability to follow instructions
* Complete all paperwork accurately and professionally
We offer full on-site training and supply all uniform and the relevant safety equipment. All applicants will also be required to provide a full five years employment history.
