The Role
- Supporting students with their learning, both in and out of the classroom
- Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and other staff to provide the best support possible
- Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their potential
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience supporting children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- A commitment to helping every child succeed
