Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly Front of front-of-house phone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front of the house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Take accurate customer orders and provide information about menu items.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Process payments and ensure accurate order entry into the system.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed, including greeting customers and managing takeout orders.
Qualifications:
- Restaurants/fast food experience preferred (1 Year)
