We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a new and buzzing bistro in the heart of Hove.

The role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in maintaining high standards across the kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently excellent food in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
