We are currently seeking an experienced Void Multi Trader for a 3-week contract, supporting works across residential properties.
This role focuses on preparing void properties for re-let, ensuring they are brought back up to a high standard efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of multi-trade works including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating
- Complete void property refurbishments and repairs
- Ensure properties are ready for new tenants within required timescales
- Work independently across multiple sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader (voids experience preferred)
- Own van and tools essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel within a 40–50 mile radius
- Ability to work efficiently and to deadlines
