HENLEY ON THAMES + Travel: 2nd Rota Nanny (Children aged 5–7) ASAP start – £70,000 ++
May start available in Henley on Thames, for an experienced, Rota Nanny to join our other NSJ Rota nanny working for a warm, high-profile family on their stunning private estate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional nanny seeking a long-term rota role with extensive international travel and a supportive, fully staffed household environment.
The family are long-standing agency clients and are looking for a confident, engaging and proactive nanny to care for their three children: Girl (7), Girl (6) and Boy (5).
The role operates on a 2 weeks on/off rota basis, with accommodation provided in a beautiful private cottage on the estate during working weeks. Candidates must be fully flexible, as this is a full-time live-in role while on duty, including evenings, weekends and overnight support when required.
Key Requirements:
- Educationally trained with strong experience supporting Key Stage 2 learning (particularly Year 4+)
- Previous rota nanny experience within a HNW/UHNW household essential
- Confident driver required (automatic vehicles provided)
- Warm, energetic and highly organised approach
- Happy working collaboratively within a fully staffed household
- Dog-friendly and comfortable around horses
Main Duties:
- Managing the children’s daily routines, mealtimes and bedtimes
- Supporting homework and educational development in a fun and engaging way
- Encouraging independence, confidence and good manners
- Planning creative, educational and outdoor activities
- Organising outings, playdates and day trips
- Assisting with school-related support and learning development
- Packing and supporting with family travel arrangements
- Ensuring the children’s wellbeing and safety at all times

Travel: The role includes extensive international travel during school holidays, including destinations such as Australia, St Moritz and Scotland.

Languages: Fluent English essential. Additional languages including German, French, Spanish or Italian would be highly advantageous, though not essential.

Accommodation: A lovely private cottage is provided during working rota weeks on the family’s beautiful Oxfordshire estate.
