Future Responsibilities May Include
- Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Assisting teachers, nursery managers, and room leaders
- Providing classroom or nursery support on a one-to-one or group basis
- Creating safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
- Supporting children with SEN/SEND needs where required
- Following safeguarding, EYFS, and educational policies
Requirements to Join Our Talent Pool
Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare – essential
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and professional approach
- Passion for supporting children’s development
- Ability to adapt to different educational settings
Experience
- Previous school, nursery, or early years experience preferred
- EYFS, SEN, or SEND experience advantageous
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
