We're searching for a Duty Manager who thrives in a busy environment, loves working with people and enjoys being at the heart of a successful hospitality business.
You'll be joining a well-established venue with a busy restaurant and bar operation alongside a boutique hotel offering more than 10 guest rooms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, leadership and being hands on.
The Position
- Running smooth and successful shifts
- Supporting team members
- Looking after guests from arrival to departure
- Managing restaurant, bar and accommodation operations
- Handling guest feedback and ensuring high service standards
- Working closely with senior management to maintain quality and consistency
The Person
- Has previous supervisory or management experience
- Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on
- Has a positive attitude and excellent people skills
- Can confidently manage busy services
- Is flexible and reliable
The Perks
- 40 hours per week
- £30,000 salary
- Tips worth approximately £200–£300 per month
- Rotating early and late shifts - Early: 7am–3pm / Late: 3pm–Close
