Storrs Hall is a spectacular Grade II listed Georgian Mansion Hotel, with a beautiful location and stunning grounds, on the shores of Lake Windermere. Offering both an award-winning fine dining restaurant and a contemporary Bistro, that deliver a range of culinary delights and an impressive wine selection. Due to growth, we are now looking for an additional Food and Beverage Assistant to join our fun and friendly team, that are focused on providing an exemplary level of service. Main Responsibilities
- Handle all food and beverage orders
- Provide an exceptional level of service
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments
- Serving of all food and beverage orders
- Preparation of tables and function rooms
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with bar operations would be an advantage but isn't essential as full training will be given
- Experienced within food service ideally within a high end luxury environment would be an advantage but isn't essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well presented and confident
- Able to communicate well with guests and provide a superb dining experience
