Chicken Maestro (Front & Back of house)
We are looking dedicated and positive team members with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and amazing tasting Hot Chicken!
What are we looking for?
·You are able to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
· Able to achieve the highest customer satisfaction by producing quality products.
· Work to brand standards for food and operations with the focus on the customer experience as the top priority. Training will be given in all relevant products and equipment.
· Effectively communicate with others to complete the duties and responsibilities expected
· Welcome new team members, be a team player. Ensuring you are delivering the Lucky Bs beliefs and core values.
· Help all the team members achieve and maintain the appropriate skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional products and customer service
· Demonstrate consistent operational standards and procedures that positively impact the store's overall operations.
Key skills and knowledge
· Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels within the kitchen. Following brand standards at all time.
· Work to Food Safety standards at all times. Will achieve level 2 food safety whilst in employment.
· Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards while preparing food.
· Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to the guidelines that we have for the equipment.
· Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks, by following the company uniform policy.
· Can demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu.
· Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with trail compliance.
· Be able to take customer orders, and engaging with great customer service.
