FB Assistant (seasonal summer cover)
Cliveden House is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FB Assistant to join our esteemed pantry team. As a FB Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of service for our 3 Rosette Cliveden Dining Room. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the culinary excellence and uphold the high standards of Cliveden House.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Assist in the preparation of the dining area before and after service
- Support the preparation and organisation of the pantry area
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Ensure the pantry operation runs smoothly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate the smooth delivery of dishes to the tables.
