What you’ll be doing
- Lead your room day-to-day, ensuring high standards, routines and an excellent child experience
- Support, coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding practice
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities based on children’s interests and next steps
- Complete observations and assessments to a strong standard
- Build great relationships with parents/carers through clear communication
- Maintain safeguarding, welfare and compliance at all times
- Work closely with the management team to drive quality and outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) – essential
- Room Leader experience or a strong senior practitioner ready to step up
- Confident knowledge of EYFS, planning, observations and child development
- Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
- A positive leader who leads by example and supports their team
