A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, award-winning gastro pub in West Suffolk. The kitchen serves up to 150 covers per service, offering Modern British cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including a daily-changing specials board.
You will:
- Work across all sections producing high-quality, seasonal dishes
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
- Maintain excellent standards of food presentation, hygiene, and organisation
- Assist with menu planning, stock control, and rotas
Requirements:
- Proven Chef de Partie experience in a gastro pub, hotel, or Rosette kitchen
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and Modern British cuisine
- Organised, creative, and hands-on
- Car driver essential
