We are now looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team - a key role supporting both service and parts operations within our busy motorcycle dealership.
The Role
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers across service and parts. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality aftersales journey from initial enquiry through to completion. This is a varied, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities

Managing service bookings and workshop diaries
- Liaising between customers and technicians on repairs and servicing
- Providing clear and accurate updates on vehicle progress
- Identifying and upselling service, maintenance, and parts opportunities
- Processing parts enquiries and orders
- Ensuring all documentation and systems are kept up to date
- Delivering an excellent level of customer service at all times
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Customer-focused, with strong communication skills
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Confident working across both service and parts environments
- Commercially aware, with an ability to identify sales opportunities
- Passionate about motorcycles (desirable, but not essential)
- Experienced in an automotive or motorcycle dealership environment
