Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention for detail and able to work using own initiative.
This role involves assembling various components, ensuring quality control, and maintaining an efficient workflow within the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble products according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled items to ensure they meet company standards.
- coordinate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the management of inventory ensuring materials are readily available for production needs.
- Be able to advise customers if they come into the showroom
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently when required.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to manufacturing processes.
