The Role
We are currently looking for a Experienced Retail Store Managers to work within our Essex Stores. The Store Manager’s main responsibility is to maximise sales & manage your team in a retail sales environment.
- Your role will require you to lead & motiviate a team to increase turnover.
- Ablity to understand and analyse reports to drive business opportunities.
- Identify performance behaviours and competencies within a team.
- Build strong working relationships throughout the business
- Lead by Example
- Ablility to delegate tasks and follow up to ensure they are completed
- Manage Stock Control within the showroom
- Ensure Showrooms are displayed to maximise the custoemr experience
The Candidate
- The candidate must be confident & be able to deal direct with the public.
- Must able to coach a team to deliver the best customer service possible.
- Duties include dealing with new and existing clientèle, Understanding requirements in line with their needs.
- Stellisons have a large customer base, we would require the candidate to have Strong relationship building skills and pride yourself in your ability to deliver the highest level of customer service.
- To carry out any other task deemed necessary and reasonable by the company
- Must be able to comply with the companies Health and Safety policy & to be fully aware of the responsibilities as outlined in the policy.
