Kitchen Assistant/KP
Reports to: Head Chef
Job status: Part time/permanent
A dedicated individual who strives for the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation. Will thrive on being a supportive role, knowing which tasks to undertake and when to ensure a smooth running of the kitchen environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Will be involved in the preparation of Vegetables, Potatoes & Salad and other basic preparations
·Serving of Desserts
· Will take pride in a clean, safe, functional and efficient kitchen operation.
· Will excel in kitchen organisation, cleanliness and hygiene.
· Is a team player willing to provide a pivotal role in supporting the kitchen team.
· Will support a busy environment, using own initiative to alleviate pressures when volume surges.

REQUIREMENTS
· Will require own transport
· No formal qualifications necessary, but previous kitchen experience within a high-quality hospitality environment beneficial.
· Available to start within one calendar month.
Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
