Temporary Joinery General Hand
Location: White Mill, Carmarthen (SA32 7HG)
Hours: 10:00am – 4:30pm (45-minute unpaid lunch break) Shorter days available.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
We’re looking for a general hand / packer to join our team at Tribe Joinery, Whitemill, Carmarthen.
About the role:
You’ll start the day by packing orders. Please note some items are heavy, 20+ Kilograms. The work requires a high level of attention to detail and care to ensure every piece meets our quality standards.
Other duties include ensuring the workshop and outside area is tidy and potentially help to sand/wax some pieces if needed on busy days.
Wage dependant on age and if there is any woodwork experience.
Ideal candidate:
- Practical and reliable, with a good eye for detail
- Interested in woodworking or furniture making
- Ideal for a carpentry or joinery student looking to gain hands-on experience
- Able to provide a weekly invoice
