What you’ll be doing
Working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing and packing Mash Direct products to the highest standards of quality, safety and consistency.
Your role will include:
- Preparing, washing and peeling vegetables
- Operating production and packing machinery
- Manual handling of prepared goods
- Weighing, sealing and sleeving products
- Carrying out quality checks across production lines
- Meeting waste and efficiency targets
- Basic clean-down of equipment
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
Working hours
You’ll work 5 nights, Monday to Friday, as part of a 45-hour working week. Shift times vary by department but a typical night looks like 5:30pm – 3:30am

What we’re looking for
Previous production or factory experience is an advantage, but not essential we’ll train you properly from day one.
