During this exciting period of growth, a specialist SEN provision in Doncaster is looking to appoint a dedicated Vocational Skills teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This provision actively promotes vocational pathways including construction, food technology, media and uniformed services, with a strong focus on preparing students with SEN/ SEMH for employment and post-16 opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- This role is open to specialists who have taught in construction
- Providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes
- Creating engaging lessons, explain complex concepts simply, and enrich classroom time
- Manage and support positive behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children's progress
Requirements
- A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
- At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
- QTS/QTLS is a requirement
