Job Description:
Pride in Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Night Care Staff to join our dedicated team. You will provide support and reassurance to adults overnight, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care throughout the night.
Responsibilities:
- Provide night-time personal care and emotional support
- Assist with repositioning, mobility, and night routines
- Carry out regular welfare checks
- Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans
- Travel between visits if working in the community
Requirements:
- A caring, calm, and patient attitude
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout night shifts
- Previous night care experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
