Shift Pattern Week 1: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday & Week 2: Wednesday Thursday & Saturday.

About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting residents with personal care Carrying out regular checks and responding to call bells promptly Promoting a calm, reassuring environment Monitoring residents’ well-being and recording any changes.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and reliable. Understanding of the needs of people with dementia. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in care (especially dementia care) is preferred. Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Willing to undertake medication administration duties - Full training will be provided
