Recoturbo is one of the UK’s leading turbocharger remanufacturers.
As a Parts Advisor / Customer Service Advisor, you will be our customers' primary point of contact. Your duties and responsibilities will include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
You will act as a liaison, providing information on our products & services and answering any questions the customer may have. All of our calls are inbound with no cold calling as we have a regular customer base. You will be genuinely excited to help customers. You’ll be patient, empathetic and understanding of the value of good communication skills. You will be able put yourself in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving should come naturally to you, allowing you to confidently troubleshoot and investigate issues as they present, following them through to resolution focusing on providing the best possible levels of customer service.
Your only targets are to ensure excellent customer service, and to respond efficiently to customer inquiries whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Responsibilities list:
- Manage incoming customer phone calls;
- Provide administrative assistance to the department;
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Build sustainable relationships and rapport with customers through open and interactive communication;
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using our industry standard catalogue lookups;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
- Use our CRM to process customer accounts and file documents;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience;
- Track record of first class customer service;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively;
- Keeping calm under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy;
- Proficient I.T. skills.
Hours
Our business trading hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30.
Salary
Negotiable based upon experience and satisfactory completion of any probationary period. 12 month contract including a probationary period of 3 months with a possible move to permanent contract after 12 months.
