We are seeking a dedicated Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery machinery to produce high-quality customised textiles and apparel. Duties
- Set up and operate embroidery machines according to specifications and design requirements
- Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent quality and efficiency throughout production runs
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to accommodate different designs, fabrics, and thread colours
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimise downtime
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Qualification
- Experience with embroidery machinery is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under supervision
- Organised with good time management skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving production processes
