Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of hair services with a focus on colour treatments and hair extensions
- Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend suitable services
- Keep up to date with the latest techniques, trends, and products
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, hygiene, and salon presentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging rebooking and loyalty
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
