Join a Growing Water Infrastructure Contractor
We are looking to recruit two experienced individuals to join our growing business and become key members of our water infrastructure and no infra delivery team.
Working on Anglian Water contracts across Norfolk, Suffolk and the wider East Anglia region, you will be involved in the installation, connection, and maintenance of clean water mains and associated civil works.

2. Skilled Operative (Water Infrastructure)
You will support water main laying and service connection works, working closely with the ganger and site team.
Key Duties:
- Excavate and reinstate trenches for water mains and services
- Lay and joint water mains and fittings (PE, DI, PVC)
- Install ducts, pipes, chambers, and associated fittings
- Assist with pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning
- Operate small plant and tools and maintain site safety standards
Essential Requirements
- Experience in groundworks/drainage ideal to be able to have essential skills to learn Water mains laying/connections
- CSCS card (essential)
- NRSWA qualification (preferred)
- EUSR Water Hygiene and Confined Space (advantageous)
- Experience working on utility contracts (Anglian Water or similar)
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
