Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Holiday Let Cleaner to join our team. The role is Mondays and Fridays only cleaning caravans at primrose valley for approximately 3/4 hours a day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that holiday rental properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of holiday rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management.
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure properties are ready for incoming guests or next bookings.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning duties.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition and notify management when stock levels are low.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Proven janitorial or cleaning experience with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and report issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
