Are you a Registered nurse with some supervisory or management experience or can you see yourself in a management role?
Paul Sartori Foundation has 44 years’ experience providing Hospice Care in Pembrokeshire and we are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Care Management Team.
As part of the role, you would be required to complete 121 supervision and annual appraisals with a small number of the community based hospice at home team.
Every day is busy and varied and every day you will have made a positive difference to the patients and families we care for.

Salary: £20.44 per hour (£39,858 pro rata per annum, plus additional on call payment)
Hours: Minimum 22.5 hours per week
