MINIMUM OF THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE
The Blackhorse, Baston is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our friendly hotel, bar and restaurant team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and leading by example in a hands-on role.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the hotel, bar and restaurant
Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service
Assisting with staff training and development
Managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
Maintaining high standards of food service, cleanliness and presentation
Helping to drive sales and ensure an exceptional guest experience
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality including weddings
Is confident, organised and reliable
Has excellent communication and leadership skills
Works well under pressure in a busy environment
Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Has a passion for great food, drink and customer service
