**Cocktail Bartender (Mixologist) — up to £15 per hour — Central London**
An experienced Cocktail Bartender who takes real pride in their craft, ready to be the face of an intimate bar at a founder-led Mayfair restaurant.
We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist to join the bar team at an independently owned Lebanese and French-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar in Mayfair. The bar is a low-lit, intimate space with its own identity — the kind of environment that attracts guests who care about what is in their glass and how it is served. This is not a brand looking to fill a shift; it is an independent at the start of a growth story, moving towards a third opening, and looking for a bartender who wants to develop with the business.
**Roles, Hours and Pay:**
- Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist — up to £15 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, 48 hours per week, five days on and two days off, with full flexibility to work any day of the week
- The bar operates under a late licence — last orders at midnight, closing at 1am on busy Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and between 11pm and midnight on weekday evenings
- Service charge goes to the team
**Your Experience:**
At least one year of consistent experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a recognised brand. Strong knowledge of classics, confident station setup and the ability to run a cocktail bar with standards and pride. You are guest-focused first and technically skilled second — both matter.
