Level 3 Early Years Apprentice – Play B C Preschool (Training with Swift Childcare)
Location: Carshalton & Wallington, Surrey
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Salary: From £8.00 per hour (Apprentice rate, rising after 12 months)
Programme: 14 months
About the Nursery
Play B C Preschool operates across two well-established sites in Carshalton and Wallington. The nurseries care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, including a dedicated under-2s area. Open 51 weeks a year (8am–6pm), the settings provide a nurturing environment where children learn and thrive through rich, engaging experiences.

Your Role
- Work towards your Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Support children’s learning and development through play
- Help deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Assist with daily routines and care needs
- Maintain a safe, stimulating environment
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team
Requirements
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or Functional Skills Level 2)
- Passion for working with children
- Reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop
