We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Spalding. Salary: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Old Main Road, Holbeach, Fleet Hargate, Spalding, PE12 8LL
Responsibilities
Ensure a high standard of care is delivered by recognising and supporting residents’ daily needs
Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures
Promote dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and fulfilment for all residents
Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times
Build positive relationships between staff and residents
Support communication with relatives, prospective residents, and visitors in a professional manner
Actively promote the services of the home when handling enquiries
Skills
Previous experience in an elderly care home environment is preferred
Understanding of care planning processes
Strong organisational and planning skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable
Training and development opportunities are available
Requirements
Must have the right to work in the UK

Ability to reliably commute to Spalding PE12 8LL or relocate before starting
