Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Casual Commis Waitress/Waiter to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. As a key member of our food service staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.

Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to the restaurant station and ensure timely preparation of beverages and condiments.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and proper setup throughout the restaurant, including back of house areas and storage.

Attend pre-service briefings and maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu.

Collect and clean equipment, reset tables, and handle restaurant and hotel properties responsibly.

Report guest comments or requirements to senior staff and assist in resolving issues promptly.

Adhere to personal grooming standards and maintain excellent hygiene practices.

Be flexible to carry out other reasonable duties as assigned, including potential redeployment to other departments as needed.

Ensure proper handover at the end of each shift.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
