Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care.

Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Supporting children with special educational needs or disabilities through tailored teaching strategies
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
- Monitoring and documenting children's progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop individualised learning plans where necessary
- Assisting with daily routines such as meal times, nappy changes, and outdoor play
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in early childhood education
- Building strong relationships with children to foster confidence and independence
- Providing specialised toddler care to support early developmental milestones
Experience
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is essential
- Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is highly advantageous
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of tutoring techniques tailored to early learners is beneficial
- Demonstrated understanding of toddler care routines and developmental stages in early childhood
