Shift Pattern: This is a casual contract, shifts will be available to cover sickness, annual leave, holidays, training and busy periods on site. Shift timings will range from 09:00 – 17:00, 11:30 – 20:00 and 10:00 – 18:00.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Guest Services Team at our busy shopping destination. Guided by our vision to “Create Smiles and Breathe Kindness” for every visitor, we are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
This hands-on role involves welcoming visitors, assisting with enquiries, and providing a personalised customer experience. Previous customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will help create a positive, welcoming environment and ensure every visitor receives outstanding service.
Key responsibilities:
- To deliver exemplary customer service
- Provide assistance at the information desk
- Promotion of Cribbs loyalty app
- Sales of The Mall Gift Card
- Complete client surveys
- Assist with lost property
- First Aid trained or prepared to train
- Ensure that you are working within all relevant COSHH, Health & Safety and Environmental Legislative requirements, and procedural requirements as required, (full training provided).
- Carry out functions required within the site emergency management plan
Person specification:
- Work as part of a team or lone working
- Able to think proactively
- Able to recognise Health Safety and Security Issues and Report
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
- Must have excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
- Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid at Work qualification
