Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily business operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and leading teams to achieve organisational goals. Duties
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams across various departments, fostering a positive working environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands.
- Identify areas for process improvement and initiate projects to enhance overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards at all times.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise utilisation of resources effectively.
- Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and clients as required to support organisational objectives.
- Improve and manage logistics
- Improve and manage quality control such as ISO documentations
- Improve and manage purchasing
- Manage find new hires , interview them when needed
- make sure staff is doing there job to the best of there ability
Skills
- Proven experience in management or operational leadership roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is desirable. This position is integral to driving operational excellence within our organisation, requiring a dedicated professional committed to continuous improvement and effective leadership.
Pay: £35,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
