An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) to lead a well-established nursing and dementia care home in Sheffield.

The Role
As Registered Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory performance of the home. You will lead and support your team to deliver the highest standards of care while maintaining compliance and achieving positive outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible and effective leadership across the home.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding person-centred care.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage occupancy, budgets, and overall home performance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and resident wellbeing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
- Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
- Experience managing a large nursing home environment.
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and elderly nursing care.
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining positive CQC ratings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Strong commercial and operational awareness.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and improving resident outcomes.
