About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across our friendly and welcoming primary schools. This role is ideal for adaptable professionals who enjoy working with different year groups and supporting pupils’ learning in a variety of classroom settings.
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classes to provide high-quality teaching and maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and provide plans
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, in line with school policies
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Provide feedback to staff at the end of the day, where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
