This post would be suitable for either a new entrant to an administrative role or someone with previous experience. We would welcome applications from individuals returning to work following a career break and will consider part‑time or flexible working arrangements where possible.
We aim to make effective use of each administrator’s skills and experience and offer opportunities to work across a range of administrative functions within the organisation for the right candidate. Part of this role involves supporting the academy with data administration, including maintaining and working with information systems, as well as using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Essential

Experience of carrying out a wide range of administrative and business duties
- Working with a variety of IT systems including word processing, spreadsheet and database operation
- Ability to identify issues that could impact on service delivery and identify improvements to current processes
- Handling information in accordance with the Data Protection principles, dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students and providing equality of opportunity
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable

First Aid trained
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative work setting
