Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our rental properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and sanitising properties between guest stays, creating a welcoming environment that encourages positive reviews and repeat bookings. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected to meet cleanliness standards.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials.
- Inspect the property for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with property owners or management regarding any special instructions or guest feedback.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times during cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Airbnb cleaning/ residential cleaning
- Organised with excellent attention to detail to deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to different property types and scheduling requirements
