We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team and help individuals with disabilities, poor mental health, or those who are socially isolated, or unpaid carers to engage with their community, develop skills and enjoy meaningful activities.
What you’ll do:
As a Support Worker, you’ll:
- Provide one-to one support to individuals, both in the community and in their homes.
- Encourage and support people to access, social, leisure, or employment opportunities.
- Support people to live independently, within their own home.
- Promote independence, confidence and wellbeing.
- Build trusting relationships and work in a person-centred way.
What we are looking for:
You don’t need previous experience – we’re looking for people with:
- A caring, patient and respectful approach
- Good communication and listening skills
- Reliability and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Relevant training and support will be provided.
