By Samantha Dawn (BSD) is seeking professional, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our international luxury concierge team. This unique role combines travel, client service, and luxury procurement, offering the opportunity to source exclusive products on behalf of discerning clients worldwide. From designer fashion and limited-edition watches to sought-after technology and accessories, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences while representing the BSD brand.
Successful candidates will be entrusted with sourcing, purchasing, and transporting high-value luxury goods on behalf of our clients. Integrity, reliability, discretion, and professionalism are essential.

What You Will Do
- Travel internationally to source and fulfil client orders for luxury and limited-edition items including gadgets, clothing, shoes, watches, and accessories
- Represent BSD with the utmost professionalism during all client-facing interactions
- Navigate international retail environments, boutiques, and brand flagships to secure requested items
- Manage and care for client purchases during transit
- Outside of scheduled responsibilities, team members may have personal time to enjoy and explore destinations during their travels

Requirements
- Valid passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining beyond your return date for each trip
- Eligibility to travel to the United Kingdom, United States, Italy, France, and Germany
- No criminal convictions
- Smart casual dress sense — clean, polished, and appropriate for varying climates
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, client-focused attitude at all times
- Flexible availability and willingness to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, though not required
Training & Experience
