Mobile Refrigeration Engineer | £45,000 | Southampton, Hampshire
We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Refrigeration Engineer to cover Southampton, Portsmouth, and the wider Hampshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established role offering strong earning potential, varied work, and long-term stability.
You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems across a range of commercial sites, including retail, offices, and light commercial environments. This is a mobile position, providing variety and autonomy, with no single-site routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintenance of refrigeration systems across multiple commercial sites
- Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- Providing excellent customer service across all client sites
- Participating in a 1 in 4 on-call rota
Package & Benefits:
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum

Requirements:
- FGAS Category 1 qualification
- Proven experience in service and maintenance of refrigeration systems
