About the Role
Fixcrowd is building our public sector contracts capability as we expand into framework tendering across statutory compliance, HVAC, HIU, fire, and drainage services. We are seeking a Contracts and Compliance Manager to oversee the delivery and compliance of our awarded contracts. You will be the primary client interface post-award, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations, SLAs, and statutory requirements while driving continuous improvement across service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery and compliance across awarded contracts covering gas safety, EICR, HVAC, fire alarm maintenance, HIU servicing, and drainage
- Act as primary client relationship manager for public sector accounts post-award
- Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs in line with contractual and statutory requirements
- Manage compliance documentation including gas safety records, F-Gas logs, EICR schedules, fire alarm service records, and asset registers
- Lead contract mobilisation including TUPE consultations, asset surveys, and CAFM system set-up
- Manage variations, additional works, and contract renewals
- Produce regular performance reports for clients and internal leadership
- Manage subcontractor compliance and performance within the contract scope
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in a contracts or compliance management role within FM, compliance, or M&E
- Experience managing public sector contracts with formal KPI and SLA reporting requirements
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements including gas safety, electrical testing, fire safety, F-Gas, and HVAC obligations
- Experience with CAFM systems such as Planon, FSI Concept, Simpro, BigChange, or similar
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Experience managing TUPE transfers is desirable
- Knowledge of HIU servicing or district heating compliance is a strong advantage
What We Offer
- Salary GBP 38,000 to 52,000 depending on experience
